While they are extremely busy, that can't be helped by the pharmacists and staff and they always go above and beyond to get things ready as quickly as possible. I will say that sometimes a customer's attitude affects an already stressed staff. Be kind to your pharmacy staff - if they had no desire to help you and your family, I doubt they would put up with the stress and rudeness that they do.
